With your visions, we curate your theme, colour palette and mood boards…. then the extra planning begins.  From researching and preparing quotes from venues and suppliers we know you'll love, to filtering and assisting you in making your final decisions - we handle it all.

Before the magic, we will create a detailed run sheet for both you and your suppliers to ensure we have a seamless and breathtaking wedding delivery.

  • Initial consultation to discuss your wedding day ideas/inspiration/budget 

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence

  • Preparation of a full wedding budget tailored to your needs

  • Full on the day coordination

  • Streamlining invoicing through one supplier *excluding the four suppliers booked by the bridal couple

  • Full styling proposal which together we shape into a brief. Including but not limited to;

    • Curation of wedding theme & aesthetic

    • Mood, styling & floral boards

    • Colour scheme breakdown

    • Hire itemisation and costing; from cutlery & linen to lighting & furniture

  • Progress & finalization meetings

  • Guest logistics & reservations

  • Creation of an extensive run sheet & day of brief

  • Full set up and styling of your ceremony, canapes and reception venues

  • Research & booking of all suppliers & vendors (including all correspondence with each)

    *excluding the 4 suppliers booked by the bridal couple

The partial planning package is available to couples who have or will be booking and securing at least four of the main suppliers themselves
